„I was a patient at this practice for many years and always enjoyed going to Ms. Brademann because, as a patient with dental anxiety, she helped alleviate much of my fear and seemed very empathetic. That's why I'm so disappointed now. Due to serious family events, I was recently unable to keep my appointments. Ms. Brademann was aware of this. Unfortunately, cancellations are not uncommon, especially for patients with dental anxiety, and should be met with some understanding. However, instead of empathy, I got the feeling that it was all about appointments and money. I wasn't offered another appointment, which was very disappointing on a personal level. It's a real shame after so many years. Luckily, there are other practices that are accepting new patients. I hope for more understanding and compassion there.“

„Absolutely unprofessional and inadequate medical care. After being in shock the previous day due to a severe abscess, this doctor refused to issue the necessary referral to an oral surgeon today, claiming, quite obviously falsely, that the emergency room is not allowed to issue referrals – even though the emergency room had previously issued one to me without any problems. Her only explanation was to point to a stack of paperwork and say she was "too busy." Despite significant facial swelling and a systemic infection (I had chills and dizziness the previous day), she also refused to prescribe antibiotics, asserting that I was "feeling better." Worst of all, while many companions sat in the warm waiting room, only my partner (a person of color) was told to wait outside in the cold. This is medically irresponsible and morally unacceptable. I now urgently need to find help for the surgical extraction myself.“

„Excellent team. I've been under Dr. Keller's care for a long time. She and her team always take away my fears. Who likes going to the dentist? 🦷. But I always feel very well looked after, even though I sometimes skip my medical appointments. A huge thank you to Dr. Keller and her wonderful team.“
